This sweet little gift from nature comes complete with 250g of Manuka and 250g of Pohutukawa honey from BeesOnline in Auckland, NZ. Manuka honey is dark amber in colour and intensely strong and earthy in flavour. Pohutukawa honey is sweet, floral and creamy with a little salt on the finish.
